Deep drawing is characterized by extremely complex deformation that influenced process characteristics such as die and punch shapes, blank shape, holding force, material properties, lubrication. The optimization of the deep a challenging issue due to complicated functions define relate parameters. However, essential enhance productivity product cost in process. In this paper, MATLAB toolbox (Pattern Search) was employed minimize maximum force (Fd-min) at different values operating geometrical As result, minimum chart (carpet plot) generated show best combination friction coefficients contact interfaces. extracted guided selection proper lubricants while minimizing force. A finite element analysis (FEA) applied through 3D model simulate modeling implemented utilizing ABAQUS/EXPLICIT program with plastic anisotropy. results showed wrinkling decrease when compared experimental numerical from literature.
